The Conejos project is a 5-plex of townhomes in the Mile High Stadium neighborhood. These were a project done for an investor whose goal was to develop the property to sell and rent individual units with a Party Wall Agreement.
Each unit is approx. 1500 sq. ft, 2 bedroom/2.5bath with an additional basement lock-out(?) studio (1bed/1bath) that could be used as a small rental or Airbnb. A storage unit for each owner/tenant is located towards the rear parking area.
Conejos townhomes were built with the goal to appeal to a median budget home buyer or an investor looking for a rental property in a great neighborhood. Each unit features hardwood floors, metal railings, stainless appliances, and crisp clean finishes. The main floor has an open floor plan with an eat-in kitchen which opens up into the living area. The second floor has a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, second bedroom and bathroom, and laundry. Leaving the lower level, with the option to close off a separate studio living area or adding an extra bedroom and bathroom.
