Our current project in the Harvard Gulch neighborhood is a 5000 sq. ft. custom home expected to be complete by July 2020. We started this project in January and are proud of the progress that has been made despite the challenges of COVID. Some of our favorite aspects of this project are a luxurious master closet equipped with a wine fridge, smart lighting on the stairways and a drop-down TV box in the master bedroom. Not to mention, the stunning kitchen cabinets and light fixtures.
The exterior is a white stucco, with black windows, front door and trim. The back patio will have a custom gas fireplace and grill ready for outdoor entertaining.
